Clustering on AP1221

Hi Community,
I have AP1221s implemented to the client but no OV2500. Did any of you encounter problem or is it going to be a problem if my setup is that I have 30 APs in 2 different cluster group in the same subnet with the same SSID used? 15 APs on cluster A and then 15 APs on cluster B, cluster IP of both A and B are on let's say 192.168.10.0/24 subnet with same SSID on both cluster and the distance between those cluster are overlapping.
I ask the question because on a normal Wireless users (pc, laptop, phones) I never had a problem but when I implemented 8118 alcatel wireless phones, it seems that majority of the phones experiencing 'disassociation', based from wireless logs, from the SSID and the phone will reconnect while on use or idle.
