User Deletion not possible

Hi,

In OXE version 11.1, am unable to delete a user. I am getting error message of Forbidden Busy Room. checked the user configuration and found it is configured as Admin user. Please help me any other option to delete it.

Have you checked tried forced delete ?

If it is showing busy room may be it is checked in room . Are you sure that is admin ?

Yes, I have tried force delete option and getting same error. User is assigned as Admin, anyhow checked hotmenu and found no room number since this installation is not a hotel.

Have you checked is if defined in Static room or somewhere in suite ?
