4635 Backup Error

I've just tried to do an immediate backup for the 4635 on one of our nodes. However I get this message:

/tmpd/BCK_25752/List_to_BCK
Boot area: A
Copying file FE --> -
netopen.connect(): Connection refused
netopen(): Bad file descriptor
sbrnicread: opening socket to NIC failed:
Usage: mk4635fs <drive> [options] sbrnicread <file-no|name> <file-name> [command
[]]

cpio: copyout: File /a4635/sbr: Broken A4635 Backup!: No such file or directory

ERROR: Backup failed

ERROR: a problem occured during the data backup

**********************************
* The backup for 4635 , database *
* failed, please retry *
**********************************

If I try and do the backup via ftp I get this:

ftp> hash
Hash mark printing On ftp: (2048 bytes/hash mark) .
ftp> bin
200 Type set to I.
ftp> get sbr.sbz
200 PORT command successful.
150 Opening BINARY mode data connection for /bin/sbrzip.
226 Transfer complete.
ftp: 20 bytes received in 0.17Seconds 0.12Kbytes/sec.
ftp>

Now the file should be at least 30Mb in size.

I've got the backups to work with all our other nodes, but this one's being stubborn.

Help!!

sorry if this sounds obvious, but you have defined the backup parameters in the 4635 yes?

EG. Backup name, Classes of Service to backup, and fax messages y/n ?

Heya,

I think I set it up OK. On looking at the backup status it said the last it worked successfully was Nov 2006.

I've tried swinst and ftp.

Is there any other way I can back it up?

Check the LAN API status on the Voicemail from SMT Menu.
