We are planning an IP Centralization with 23 Nodes in the design.

The main site has a central area with 9 peripheral locations, and we wish to promote one of the peripheral locations to the new central area. Is there a way in Actis to promote an alternate shelf as the central area, demoting the existing central area as one of the peripherals?

It is not possible to promote a Peripheral Area as the new Central Area on ACTIS. If you really need it, you can ask ALE ACTIS support to do it. They are the only ones who can do this modification.
