HI all,

I setup a sip trunk to external voicemail. I forwarded on no answer room A to vm dir no 666, when B call to A, after 5 ringings, B will be heard "welcome to voicemail" then busy tone. The voicemail vendor said that they need a "P-Alcatel-CSBU" from OXE sent to them.. My trace is below

How can I send "p-alcatel-csbu" to them ? The example is below

This 666 is an external voice mail application right?

yes, 666 is an external vm application.

I send a example about field "P-Alcatel-CSBU"

Someone can tell me how can I get this field in SIP header in order to send it to External VM system.

Try with Gateway type = ICE type

I switched protocol "ABC-F" then it happend
