There's a command in TiMOS-C-8.0.R1 equal the "show mac address" in IOS?

Does the command show service fdb-mac not show the interface to macaddress.

Yes, that's correct.
You have the option of using "show service fdb-mac" if you want the MAC addresses learnt in all VPLS instances, or "show service id <id> fdb detail" if you want to be able to supply extra arguments to constrain the output to a certain VPLS instance, SAP, SDP etc.
