9442 rrh2x40-07L Telnet

Hi all,
I am trying to telnet into a 9442 rrh2x40-07L model radio and have successfully (I think...) discovered the IP address however I have been unsuccessful in finding any information regarding default user/pwd. The IP I am using is 192.168.168.2 and I get the following:
VxWorks login:
If anyone has user/pwd combo for this radio, I sure would appreciate the help!
