IOIP3

Hi all!
We are performing an upgrade on our current system. The provider has given us the following two solutions:
Solution A:
Int-IP3 Pack (INT-IP3+10/100/1000 Base-T) --> No. 3
INT-IP3 60 Pack --> No. 4
INT-IP3 Board --> No. 2
ARMADA Daughter Board --> No. 7
CCIVR R11.* Software License --> No. 1
OXE MAGOR UPGRADE Release 12.1 --> No. 3000
Solution B:
Int-IP3 Pack (INT-IP3+10/100/1000 Base-T) upgrade to version IOIP3 --> No. 3
INT-IP3 60 Pack upgrade to version IOIP3 --> No. 4
INT-IP3 Board upgrade to version IOIP3 --> No. 2
ARMADA Daughter Board IOIP3 support --> No. 7
CCIVR R11.* Software License+ G10 server --> No. 1
OXE MAGOR UPGRADE Release 12.2 --> No. 3000
Actually, our main question is about the difference between these two solutions. What is the advantage of solution B (which supports IOIP3) in comparison with solution A? And how much should be the approximate price difference between these two solutions?
Thanks in advance for your comments and advice.
