Hi,

I have a question would need your guys help.

We are using Verint and Genesys with Alcatel system Omni4760 to record our voice recordings, which works fine, but for some security reasons

We need to "mute" recording when our client say their credit card id.

Is it possible to do that? Please, any advise would be really really help.

Thanks a lot,

Verint should support pause/start recording. Maybe they have a GUI client? (NICE has one) To have it on the phone or on Genesys Workspace this requires web services integration usually (NICE had this in the past with Alcatel phones for instance/ never heard about out of the box with Genesys)
You should ask Verint.
