How can I get the cpu and board temperature from AOS8 switches via SNMP?

Post by fkromer »

The AOS8 cli user guide section of command "show temperature" references the MIB objects chasChassisTable.chasHardwareBoardTemp and .chasHardwareCpuTemp? I have access no access to a switch. What's the corresponding id? (For AOS7 switches the corresponding objects/ids are chasHardwareBoardTemp/1.3.6.1.4.1.6486.800.1.1.1.3.1.1.3.1.4 and chasHardwareCpuTemp/1.3.6.1.4.1.6486.800.1.1.1.3.1.1.3.1.5.)

For devices supporting AOS Release >= 7 different Board temperatures seem to be provided via 1.3.6.1.4.1.6486.801.1.1.1.3.1.1.3.1.8 to .23 .
They correspond to control module boards (CPMA und CPMB), fabric boards (CFMA, CFMB, CFMC und CMFD), Fantrays 1 and 2 (FTA und FTB) and NI board in slot 1 to 8 (NI1 bis NI8).

However I'm still missing a CPU temperature.
