We have an issue like check in and check outs are not updating in exchange. Because of this bill is not generating during checkout. Please help me out

oxe version (assuming it is oxe)
billing application?
how is connectivity? V24? IP?

same i got with two customers in that one of the customer is OXE-Common hardware with CS-2 and another is OXE -crystal hardware with CPU6. for both have connectivity through V24
