Hi

i have configured an OXE in guest management.

8xxx = Analog Extension with phyiscal port- Hotel Set Operation = Room, Use-Type of dir. no = Multi-ocupnacy
2xxx =Analog Extension with phyiscal port- Hotel Set Operation = Room, Use-Type of dir. no = Multi-ocupnacy
1xxx = Analog extension without port - Hotel Set Operation = Room, Use-type of dir. no = Guest

Made static link between 8xxx and 1xxx

Made suites combining 8xxx extension and 1xxx extension

While checking in, if i put room number (i.e. 8xxx), it does not automatically populate Guest (i.e. 1xxx), instead it takes whatever free available if i press enter. My requirement is to statically map both extension and guest..

figured it out... just to let others know missing link:

1) Change the mode of the " Multi occupancy " from " Dynamic Multi Occupancy " to " Static Multi-occupancy "
mgr -> application -> Hotel -> descend hirerachy -> Numeric parameter -> Multi Occupancy type.

2) System rebooted is required.

OXE is connected to TIger TMS... Tiger TMS send check-in request to OXE using GPIN (1xxx) and OXE replies with Room Extensions (8xxx) which is causing no acknowledgement being received for checkin and Tiger continuously try to check-in..any thought?
