Alcatel open touch suit UC integrated to cisco Call manager express

Hello All,
I am responding to a tender where the costumer has a Call Manager in One site and Alcatel OXO on a second site. The client has decided to go for a unified communication system. I have a proposal for Open touch suit and would like to know if the solution will be compatabile with the existing.
