OXO AA not responding to digits sent

Hi All,
I have an OXO R4 with AA and 2 E1s using QSIG, one as master and the other slave. I'm able to use the AA menu on the master link that connects to a A4200. On the E1 configured as slave - this connects to a Cisco Router, the AA does not respond even though I'm able to see the digits sent using another program. Also dialling direct to the AA via an extension works fine. Can anyone assist solve this.
Secondly, any assistance on how to configure remote destination?
