Hi,

On my phone parc, I have one 8018 with the version 5.30.30 and every others with the version 4.91.15.192
I don't understand why.
When I go on the admin menu on phones with firmware "4.91.15.192", I see "NOE" with a star (see attachment).
Why the new firmware is not deploy ?
Can you help me to upgrade all my phones in "5.30.30" ?

hi,

I connected to SSH to force update.
I executed this command :

dwl usb f

on result:

upgrade: "copying file done: /mnt/removable/usb_disk/upgrade/noe8018N-header to /tmp"
upgrade: "Upgrade.sh: download noe8018N-header successfully !!!"
upgrade: build number 192 -> 2577
upgrade: "lock version, downgraded before deny_dwl version is forbidden"
upgrade: "Upgrade.sh: check noe8018N-header error !!!"
upgrade: "noe binary version is too old, upgrade is forbidden."

How I can force this update ?
