Hi,

Is there a way to set up your voicemail system so that before u actually reach the voicemailbox u get prompted with an option to be redirected to reception or to leave a message or to be redirected to a mobile?

Regards,

Garth

The good news;
There is a feature called UBIQUITY on the system that does exactly what you want. :D

The bad news;
You need licenses. :shock:

Shhhhhhh - keep quiet. Othewise a certain 'amigo' will get his head stuck in the doorway :lol:

BTW, while I think about it, there might be another way you can do this also, and that is a feature known as 'menu on set'. It is based around the integrated auto attendant under applications.
