Wrong caller ID on SIP Trunking

Hello all,
can anyone help me with this one?

I have an Alcatel OXE (site A) connected with a Cisco Call Manager (site B) using a SIP trunk.

Site A internal numbering plan is 1xxx, site B is 3xxx.

The issue is that when an user from site B calls to an user from site A the Alcatel OXE replace the first digit with "2".

Example:

User 3100 (Cisco) calls to user 1000 (Alcatel OXE), user 1000 deskphone shows 2100 instead of 3100.

Why is that?

Thanks in advance.

Check out the External Callback Translation rule, under Translator / External numbering plan / Translation table
You might have to add one for the Cisco

Thank you all for your contribute!
It's solved, the callback translation rule was the problem. I added a new rule and now is working just fine!
