intermittent call issues

I have a problem in office when external calls comes in the set doesn't ring and the caller's cell does not have a ring back tone but after the caller hangs up there's a miss call text showing the caller No. Does anyone have any solutions to this. Called the service provider to check on the issue but the service provider comes back to me saying there no problem with the ISDN line. Need help one this. But when i check the error log there is this error

Event: 50
Explanation : T0/PRA restart failed
Physical address : 50#1

I'm using R6 oxo and my phones are IP phones model 4068.

Hi,


Try using the PHD Trace in the OXO, This will tell you where the call is going. I you want to know how to use this, its in the R6xx tech document.

Yup We are trying it out will end the tracing by today hopefully some results will come out of it. Thanks! for the advice.
