Connexion 4760->OXO

Hi all,

I try to connect an OXO with 4760 but I've problem. I 've created the OXO in system directory with he good pasword FTP. I've PM5 and 4760customer on the same PC but when I try to connect via Configuration; I've the error : "Error of building of the folder of save" (in French ''erreur de montage du répertoire de sauvegarde".

Can U help me ?

I have never done this, but it seems that you DON'T start PM5 from configuration , but from a LINK.

This is from the 4760 R.2.1 documentation :

OmniVista 4760 does not synchronize OmniPCX Office management. Only alarms and accounting are retrieved. To manage OmniPCX Office, OmniVista 4760 shows a link in the configuration application launching the PM5 software. This software must be locally installed on the PC where Client OmniVista 4760 is launched.

Try to ReInstall the PM5. Maybe it will fix it.
