Hi,
I Have Alcatel OXE R11.0.1-k1.520-44-en-c7s2 with voice mail 4635J in a Hotel installation with SIP Phones in rooms.
When we do a check-out in a room with voice messages, the MWI LED does not go off, because OXE sends a NOTIFY SIP to the phone with
