Hi

I have a requirement where customer is having around 100 virtual extensions forwarded to external mobile / landline no. on their existing PBX. These users call forward is being managed by operator.

Apart from that they have another 100 users who are on-site.

I have to give him 2 options, OXO and OXE

Do i need to consider any user license for these virtual extensions?

Strange question ,or I cannot understand it.

The options is regarding what oxe and what oxo ? You want to add to the existing pbx? alcatel pbx ?or new offer and you don't know what pbx you should offer ?

diversion /call DID to external number can be done easy without virtual terminals .speed dial will work perfect .
Virtual terminals can be used to in some cases to manage complex configurations.
