Prioritizing a caller

Hello everyone,
Please can someone offer me advice.
I need to allow a certain caller to have priority when calling into the call centre - That his calls are answered before anyone else, even if they have been waiting longer. Does anyone know how this can be done? I have been to the supplier and the person that configured the CCS has resigned and none of the new technicians have a clue. I know this can be done, I just dont know how. Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you

In pilot set "Transfer with priority" to "True". then add the phone number that you want to has priority in the speed dial and set " Call Type" to "VIP (Very Important Pers.) ".
but be notified that this call must transfer to pilot (from AA , IVR , a phone , etc) and be a public number( connect from a trunk)
