Hello Guys,

I am facing issue implementing the Lync + OXE integration using the Audiocodes SBC over the LAN only (LAN network).
When I trying to call from OXE >= Lync call works well but call from Lync to OXE fails & OXE produces the error (503 services not available).

Setup=
OXE extension: 19011 OXE Domain: sip.corp.arc.com
Lync client: +12345678@corp.arc.com

Please help me to troubleshoot this? I have attached the PBX & SBC traces.

your OXE knows the domain 192.168.0.31 or knows the domain corp.arc.com

The problem is solved & the OMS is not correctly managed.
