Hi people!
I have an OmniSwitch 6350.
When I checked the FAN status FAN1 show as "Not Running"

Chassis Fan Status

1 1 Not Running
1 2 Running
1 3 Running
1 4 Running

This message can be considered as a FAN Faliure or is a normal condition for FAN?

it is normal behavior. if the temperatur is higher than other fans will run too.
Fan failure you will see in the swlog.

Can I conclude that something is wrong with switch.

no. Sometimes (depending from hardware and software) the fans are running slower - sometimes a part of the fans are down. If there is no error message and the temperature is normal than all is okay.
