DTMF problem in analog trunk

Good afternoon, we have moved an OXO connect 2.0 and in the new site when the customer calls through the analog link group on many occasions the call fails because the operator does not detect all the numbers dialed DTMF. Calling directly from the test PTR with an analog telephone always works. I have noticed that OXO sends very short DTMF numbers and that may be the fault. Is there a way that the DTMF numbers that are sent are longer? I've looked at the noteworthy addresses and can't find anything. Can you help me
