OXO to AVAYA SIP TRUNKING

Hi all,

We are connecting our alcatel oxo with AVAYA IP office via sip trunking.
Configured in ARS & the gateways is reachable. From Avaya the incoming is working fine.
But from OXO when we make outgoing calls to avaya, the extension rings and disconnects immedately once it's answered.
All the codec has been selected in the VOIP CODEC settings.

OXO ip is 192.168.0.20
Avaya is 192.168.25.10

attached Wireshark of OXO outgoing & AVAYA INCOMING.

Avaya does not Acknowledges the OK that is sent by OXO. Why? perhaps due the payload type used for dtmf ?

never try it in oxo , but same issue when it's occured in case of oxe we automaticlly blame the sdp as sadim says first thing i see is dtmf payload Don't Matching 106 and 101 , alsol check codecs

Hello rajansuruli15

OXO is not answering ACK when it receives 200 OK when Avaya user answers the call.
Was that trace collected in OXO?
I understand from traces that OXO and Avaya could match codecs and DTMF payload, but it is interesting you check the both Avaya and OXO settings to have same codecs and DTMF payload.

Best regards.
