4059EE Transfer call Disconnection

I am facing an issue where 4059EE Operator console transfer an internal call to Guest Room SIP Extension (Cetis Phone configured as SIP device), it gets diconnected within 30 seconds. it doesnt happen for external calls. Any idea?

can u upload a trace for that call ?!
those words are confusing "Guest Room SIP Extension (Cetis Phone configured as SIP device)" even it's sip protocl sip extension isn't same as sip device

I meant to say Cetis phones are configured as SIP extension on OXE..
