Alcatel CC setup step

Hello! Could some provide me a very high level setup guide (eg. 10 steps) how to create an Alcatel call center from scratch? We are currently using a (non-Alcatel) virtual CC, but I have to create a potential exit strategy - describe the steps how we would switch back to our (not currently used but existing) Alcatel hardware (I think the exact types does not matter).
