Email notification problems

With the option "send voicemail as email attachment" If a client does not delete voicemail messages in the mailbox they continue to be sent to Outlook as new messages. The are not new messages in the voicemail box but saved.
Is this happening with anyone else. Can find a solution.

check the central services in each suscriber "email notification"
