Hi! I am facing a big challenge with 8001SIP Handsets. Handsets( more than 40) worked fine for a year or so, then stopped working suddenly. When I connect the handset to network, LEDs turn Red on the front side of the phone( as shown in the attachment) but it doesn't initialize at all.

All? Or just one from 40?
Do you have another working SIP phones?

All 40, they worked fine for a year and so. Then failed within 2 months once it started.

Yes there are 30 more phones which are working.

i had the same issue with one set. it was working fine and after few reboots the phone hanged and all LED was red, never came up, some times it will freeze at initialization. some how, i got it up after using a POE injector and i upgraded the binary. since then no issue.

I have the same problem, I have around 100 phones and around 25 have been initializing. Is it a phone failure? any solution to the problem? regards

what happens to your phone?

I have two types of dead phones:
1- Phone stuck on initializing
2- Phone turns on with lights ON of speaker, voicemail and nothing on display
