We have an installed customer, with an bug since several days, the customer has internal and external incomming and otgoing double connection ( sonds as three party conference) but without handling conference, you can call " secred listening) more than a pair of internal/external users in one conversation.
This bug is seen in Main and the externsion shelf in all ways.
We have made the cpu new with LOLA and also we have replaced the cpu with an new one.

So nothing of the replacement has made an good solution.

Is here anybody can help me ??

could you please rephrase your question? is your problem 3 party conf? as they always say half of the answer comes from a good question...

IT sounds like a three party conference, but it is still not requested, there is anybody additionally automatic in this conversation , THREE PARTY Conference as itself is not the problem and shure not involved

The only time I have seen something like this is when 'Transfer external/external by on hook' has been switched on in features where two external calling parties end up talking to each other.

Other than that it is difficult to understand what is actually happening on your system from your explanation.

It sounds to me like your external lines are coupling somehow. Make simultaneous calls on your external lines directly (without using the PBX) and see if you can hear from one line to another.

There are also internal connection which hears an other internal user , in this context we can be shure that there in not only an external problem

it sounds like the cabling could be making interference between the extensions....
