Ringtones mobel 300/400: do they exist as mp3?

Hi,
the subject pretty much says it all
Does anyone know if the default Mobile 300/400/etc.. ringtones exist somewhere as downloadable audio file?
People overhere want to use it on their mobile phone, to assign it to tranferred calls from their office phone... (so they recognise it's an office call)
