Automated Attendant

Good morning, I have a client with an OXE in release 11, calls come through an automatic attendant giving the option that if you know the number of an extension, you will dial it. The client wants that some extension cannot be called that way and that this call is directed to the physical operator and then it transfers the call. Can this filter be done without having to change the final extension of the client?
