Hello everybody,

i'm having issues with my Alcatel 4039.
I want to set up call forwarding to my mobile phone (German number). But if I enter the number after hitting "immediate" it says "forward reject". Forwarding to an internal number works fine. Making internal and external calls works fine too. The manual says external forwarding to a mobile device is possible.

Any help is appreciated.

Your Facility Cat needs to allow to call forward external

Phone feature COS - item "Rights - Forward to external No."

Also need to check the transfer cos as well as connection of users
