Hello,

based on the thread on this site (http://www.alcatelunleashed.com/viewtop ... cam#p87307), I search for a qos designguide for OmniSwitch 6850 (AOS 6.4.4).

I found a troubleshooting guide for aos7, so I basically understand what slices are and how they are used.
To be concrete.. I want to understand how and which slices are used (under aos6) and what does "Counters" and "Meters" in the following output mean.

this informations about slices and meters here are not important in real practice. Only if you have a lot of policies within your switch -but I never reached a threshold here (also with more than 100 rules).
How to configure policies (for qos) you will find in the network guide.
