OXE monitoring file

Hello,
Checking the logs of a pair of OXE rel 12.1 I found in both a /tmpd/monitor_server-tel1 folder where rotary logs of type "sysstatd.XX.log" are generated ( XX is a variable number).
It seems to be a minute by minute monitoring log of several OXE parameters.
Does anyone know about the existence of this file?
I would like to know some documentation about it to identify all the fields and maybe it is useful for monitoring in case of failure.
I am aading an sample of this file.
