Automated Attendent

I hav an oxo and for some reason after rerecording the msg when I press "0" for free dialing, the system says THANK YOU FOR YOU CALL GOOD BYE. Does anyone have any ideas on this or ever come across this before.

I have deactivated Voices Proccessing and reactivated, still the dammn thing says this msg, everything else works fine (all other options).

try this:

voice processing/AA/AA menu/opening hrs: then on "0" define...

I cant see such thing in menu as operationg hours...

check if your AA has license.

its on OMC then follow path on previous reply
