Spb dynamic , problem Arp

Hi friends
I have a layout of my problem below, my vlan123 is not able to ping neither from the firewall (192.168.123.1) to a host (192.168.123.2) nor to an AP (192.168.123.250), Follow the log on switch 6900 :
