Hello,
scenario is OXO ONEIT030/055.001 with 8001 phones version 4.5.0.5.

After a phone is disconnected for any reason (unplugged from the network or damaged), it gains an Immediate Diversion at the first Hunting Group of the list, that is 550 (the VM group) in my case.

Is there any way to avoid this behaviour?

In user parameters - managed some diversion or not. Diversion for external calls or all. Another phones (digital, IP) have the same behavior?

Hello Vad, did you refer to Dynamic Routing or Diversion?

Dynamic Routing fields of external and local calls of the Subscribers are compiled with different entries (different hunting group for example 551), they are not the 550 hunting group.
Diversion status in Details of the Subscribers is normally empty, when the phone is present. I can see if there's an active diversion or not, and I can disable it when the telephone is not present.

Also, Subscribers don't have Mailboxes (all deleted).

To answer you last question, I saw that this happens also on Open SIP Phones Subscribers when they lost the connection.
