IP Desktop Softphone keeos crashing msvcr120.dll - 0xc0000005

Hello

we have a strange situation, we installed IP Desktop Softphone 11.4.2 on WIndows 7 (64 bit) and on a dedicated Windows 2012 Server VM it runs without any Problem.

Than we installed it on our Windows 2012 Terminal-Server Fram (Citrix 7.x).
We can start the application, as soon as we start a call an the call begins (or answer to an incoming call) the application crahes.

We allready tried the latest vcredist Version but with no sucess, ther seems to be something wrong on that machine.
Is this Problem anyhow known or someone has an idea how to fix ?
