one way hearing call oxe R12

hi
in some cases external calls are one way heard but internal calls are always ok
can you please explain what's the meaning of this incident on my OXE R12 and if it can be due to the same problem

Command "config all" should help you to identify the issue.

can you please tell me why the INTIP3A board on position 19-2 Is OUT OF SERV ,is this the issue?

How many compressors do you have between your crystals ?
