Dears,
we have problem with our pabx network we have 5 location with GD and shelf INFO board some of these locations have problem when make or received external call by pstn or mobile network we can't hear but the other side hearing me good . issue appear after electrical outage more than 3 hours as result problem in three location while 2 locations all call are ok .


please your support to fix issue .

First thing first, did you to a complete reboot?
If you have dual CPUs, did you shut down both CPUS, then reload them one after the other?
