Different destination for speed dial

Hi Experts
I am migrating one customer who is using decades old Nortel system to OXE... I am facing a challenge with Speed Dial configuration. It is a hotel having 2 towers and there are speed dials configured for both towers. In Nortel, we can have same speed dial prefix and route to different destination, PBX will see who is dialing speed dial code and route it based on it. Below is an example:
Speed Dial Code: #0001
Destination for Tower 1: 1234
Destination for Tower 2: 5678
If a user from Tower 1 dial #0001 call will be routed to 1234 and if user from Tower 2 dial #0001 call will be routed to 5678
Is there any option to achieve this on OXE? My OXE is on R12.3 with latest patches installed on GAS with ACT cabinets in both towers.
