AFAIK the official answer is "no".
You need AudioCodes GW for that purpose(correct me if i'm wrong).
But as it is SIP-connection between two sytems you can try it on your own risk.

Yes, use Teams Direct Routing with an SBC. Many have interworking reports and guides.
I used also Audiocodes (VE) for the ease of use - also there are guides for the integration with OXE and Teams that can help.

What is necessary to connect OXE with MS Teams: Rainbow or AudioCodecs SBC and what else should I have in my OXE (licenses, tunks etc) to do it?

I use the power App in teams, and its working pretty fine. But if you want presence sync between Rainbow and Teams, you need the O2G Gateway for this
