hi guys,
this is oxe release 12.0. i have created a speed dial exa.. #1000 dialing number 21 name test. the thing is when i dial any external number beginning with 21 , the phone set display test and then the remaining numbers,
exa if i dial 9 as the external prefix and 2171234 the display shows test71234. 21 is replaced by test. if i modify the call number to 2 or any other, the name is taken in to account of the starting digit or digits of the called out side number.
any ideas guys...

don´t create such a speeddial, or give it the name "21" anything else won´t do...

hi, thanks for the reply, but i have to create it as it is a requirement from the customer side. but i dont get this problem with other releases. is there any system configuration to be done? dis able it or something?
