Hi experts

i have OXE 12.3 with 4059EE Operator consoles and system is configured in guest management mode for a hotel.

Customer requirement is to bar external calling of checked-in guest rooms through operator console. Their old Nortel system console allowed this functionality and they want to use same functionality with 4059EE consoles as well. any possibility?

i haven't oxe AHL but oxe entreprise can do it
UNDER oxe /ATTENDENT SET

x Service category update + Forbidden x
x Connect.Category Update + Forbidden x
x Public Network Categ.Update + Allowed with no control x
x Charging Category Update + Forbidden x

To manager that from console
service /admin

This i already tried but didnt help
