I have OXE R12.3 in Guest Management Mode. In guest rooms, i have 1 x Non-DID extnesion and 1 x DID Extension.. both DID and NON-DID are mapped to suite with a static link to GPIN...

My requirement is, when guest call out using DID Extension, it should show caller ID (I achieved this part)... Now, when someone call back on that DID, it should land to operator not to DID - I am unable to do that... It tried playing with Public Network COS options by disabling DID calls but I am getting busy tone..

Any help here?

Does the guest room always have the same DID or is it dynamic ?

DID's are fixed for each room, its not dynamic.

Make two different NPDs , one for incoming , other for outgoing.

How exactly to do that? And where it will be assigned?
