How to remove Omnivista License

Hi
our Omnivista steller licenses are full and we only have 63 ap's added to the system of 187 units that we need to install. We have 210 licenses that are now used up by only 63 units.
Support instructed me to upgrade my Omnivista to the latest version and that this issue was fixed in version 4.5.R2, but the problem is still there after the upgrade.
Now I am told to remove and reinstall the licenses again but cannot find any instructions on how to remove the old license.
Any help, Please???
