Hello,
I have a strange problem for a destination port receiving only the broadcast traffic, a.k.a. not working at all.

The command I use:
port-mirroring 1 destination 1/19 enable
port-mirroring 1 source 1/20 bidirectional enable
port-mirroring 1 enable

It works fine on the 8.3.1.160.R02 GA switch.
Doesn't work on 8.4.1.141.R03 GA

Those are both production switches so I cannot do major interruptions like code updates and such.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,

It could be the capturing, not the mirroring problem.
I use Wireshark on win 2019 (fresh install) and it might do with some security or VM issues...

at show port-mirroring status all is enabled?
You used the same wireshark PC at the destination port at the switch with 8.3.1 successfull - but this PC isn't showing any normal traffic at the destination port at the 8.4.1-switch. You can try with other source/destination ports.
Maybe you need to open ticket at alcatel.
