OXO Digital Card automatically shutdown

I have an PBX OXO Small business, which is connected with ISDN line 10 channel and connected with a Digital card for base station for the duct phones, which was working with no issue for the last two years.
Currently I am facing and issue with the Digital Card which is automatic shutdown, and it get working for 10min after system rebooting and then it get shutdown automatically again.
Looking for your advice for this issue.
